Growing French lettuces in winter made possible

In an interview given to Les Echos, one of the main French economics newspapers, Thierry Dubois, CEO of our partner Les Crudettes, highlights that thanks to our system they will be able to relocalize the production of lettuces in France in winter instead of importing from Spain or Italy, for a cost equivalent to farm-grown salads.

The carbon footprint is still to be calculated but is expected to show a significant improvement.
